GFA has lost its bid to throw out GBSS’s application to take its promotion/relegation case to the Appeal Court.
GBSS is contending the decision by High Court which ruled in GFA’s favor that the promotion/relegation game between GBSS and Chantimelle should be contested as scheduled.
GBSS is contending it was disenfranchised since in its game in the Premier division during their regular season against Hurricanes their opponent fielded a player who was not duly transferred.
The matter is now to be heard in the Appeal court.
This has held up the GFA Premier League tournament this season.
