Grenada won its second consecutive match on the opening day at the Americas Netball Qualifier at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston, Jamaica on Sunday.
The Grenadians came from behind to beat the Cayman Islands 50-40 on Sunday night.
Earlier on Sunday they defeated St Lucia 53-45.
The netballers take on Antigua & Barbuda in their next match on Monday evening.
