The Grenada Steelband Association mourns the passing of Mrs. Joanna Ragbir-Leslie of Trinidad and Tobago. Ms. Ragbir- Leslie served as an adjudicator for steelband competitions in Grenada since 2018. She last adjudicated at our recently held Pan Xpressions on Sunday 26th April, 2026 at the Tanteen Netball Court in St. George’s.
The Association acknowledges and appreciates her invaluable contribution to the growth and development of steelpan music in Grenada.
The Grenada Steelband Association and its members extend heartfelt condolences to the Leslie and Ragbir family, the Judging fraternity, Pan Trinbago and the wider Steelpan community in Trinidad and Tobago.
May her soul rest in peace.
