Springs Man Charged For First Homicide Of 2021 Appeared In Court Today And Remanded To Prison

The man charged for the killing Monday of Lindy Skinner-Morain appeared in the St. George’s Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Carlvin Frank, 33 years of Springs, St. George, was arrested and charged yesterday by officers attached to the Criminal Investigation Department.

He was charged for Non-Capital Murder and Housebreaking to commit a felony.

We understand that Lindy Skinner-Morain received several stab wounds to her body.

Frank was also charged for “Attempted Non-Capital Murder”, by attempting to cause the death of a sixteen-year-old person.

Carlvin Frank appeared in court this morning and was remanded to the Richmond Hill Prison.

He will reappear on 29th June, 2021.

Frank is represented by Lawyers Jerry Edwin and Anslem Clouden.
