Although almost 1000 persons have already received the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in Grenada, the question remains what does the vaccine do?
Since the roll out of the program health official have been clamoring that the vaccine is just an added protection against COVID-19.
Permanent secretary in the ministry of health Dr. Francis Martin speaking to reporters today at another of the governments’ post cabinet briefing answered the question this way.
Dr. Martin went on to explain that the vaccine does not prevent you from getting the virus.
