Students of the Agricultural and Robotics Departments of the T.A. Marryshow Community College are now in receipt of a robot which will aid in assistance in farm work.
The robot ‘FarmBot’ is a fully automated system which can water, plant and harvest on a precise schedule and can be customized to meet specific needs.
The evolution of which technology is involved in food production is commendable, according to the Director of TAMCC’s Mirabeau Agricultural Campus, Samuel Andrew.
The donation of the Farmbot Robot was made possible by the CEO of Digital Growth, Cory Zufelt.
He encouraged the students to be passionate about their dreams.
