Meanwhile Former Minister of Finance Hon. Anthony Boatswain is calling on the Government to take urgent action to provide relief from the depressing impact of the Value Added Tax (VAT).

Common Entrance Examinations May Be Removed

The annual Common Entrance Examinations (CEE) may be removed from Grenada’s School Curriculum in the year 2012.
This disclosure was made by the Minister for Education Sen. Franka Bernadine during a press briefing on Tuesday morning.
The removal of the examination has been lobbied for by many groups on the island and has been considered by Government for many years.
