68-year-old Lucy King, of Crochu, St. Andrew, is to appear at the St. Georges Magistrate’s Court next Tuesday 9th May to answer charges for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
King was arrested and charged following investigations into a vehicular accident which occurred along the Springs Public Road, St. George, on April 24th, 2022, resulting in the death of Roger Mahon of Morne Longue, St. Andrew.
She was granted bail in the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) with one (1) surety with the following bail conditions; that she surrenders all her travel documents, and is not permitted to leave the state of Grenada without permission of the Court.
