Two men from Edward Street, Gouyave, St. John, are to make their first appearance in court tomorrow, after being charged today for the offence of non-capital murder.

This is in relation to the death of Lennon Marshal, a 31-year-old fisherman and sailor of Upper Depradine Street, Gouyave, St. John.

Marshal died following an incident in the wee hours of last Saturday morning.

It’s alleged that he received stab and chop wounds to his body, following which he was rushed to the general hospital.

An autopsy has already been performed, and our sources indicate that Marshall died due to excessive bleeding.

Cassius Rickel Smith, a 23-year-old fisherman and Jallil Smith, a 22-year-old Warehouse Assistant, will appear at the Gouyave Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, charged for the offense of non-capital murder.
