The Royal Grenada Police Force is investigating an allegation of sexual misconduct made against a senior police officer attached to the Special Services Unit.
In the interim, the officer was asked to take leave to facilitate the investigative process.
On completion of the inquiry, the usual protocol will be followed, where the file will be submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions for directive.
