The three individuals charged by Police for intentionally causing the death of Jude Hypolite a shop-keeper of River Sallee, St. Patrick, appeared in court today.
47-year-old Mechanic Wayne Richardson, 35-year-old Tafari and Erico Andrew, 44years, all of River Sallee, St. Patrick, were jointly charged with the offense of Non-Capital Murder.
The offence, according to reports, is alleged to have been committed on Friday 23rd February 2024, at River Sallee, St. Patrick.
All three men made their first court appearance at Gouyave Magistrateโs Court, today and were remanded to His Majestyโs Prison.ย
They are scheduled to be brought back to court on Friday 15th March 2024.
