A St. Andrew shopkeeper has been arrested and charged after a Kel-Tec Luger 9mm pistol serial along with seven rounds of ammunition were found in his possession on Sunday 21st October, 2018.
Kishon Frame, 22 years, of Pearls is charged with illegal possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.
He will appear at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday 23rd October, 2018.
