It’s disability awareness Month 2023, as designated by the Grenada National Council for the Disabled, bringing in to sharp focus the plight of persons with disabilities.
Opening the month’s observance, Governor General, Dame Cecile La Grenade, says persons with disability all have a meaningful contribution to make.
