This afternoon the Ministry of Education welcomed back incoming Permanent Secretary Elvis Morain, who was Chief Education Officer during his last stint at the ministry.
Simultaneously, the ministry bids farewell to Finley Jeffrey, it’s most recent permanent secretary, who will now sit exclusively in that position at the Ministry of ICT.
The management and staff wishes the incoming PS a productive tenure and extends best wishes to the outgoing PS for the continuation of effective leadership at the ministry of ICT.
