Children are the future of our nation; the voices of children must be heard!
Those were the sentiments of Governor General Dame Cecile La Grenade as she addressed the nation on the observance of Child Month.
Marking the occasion, the Governor General reminds all, that the observance places emphasis on and celebrates the many children in society, while recognizing their significant role as future leaders of our country.
Dame Cecile reiterated that the month’s observance is a special one that calls for citizens, to provide a supportive and positive environment for the nation’s children.
The Governor General calls for better care of the nation’s children.
