We have reports that one man is currently assisting Police with investigations into the cause of a fire that destroyed a dwelling house in Birchgrove last night.
Members of the fire department are said to have responded to a distress call.
No one was at home at the time of the blaze.
The concrete and wooden structure was completely gutted.
