THE NATION’S YOUNG PEOPLE CHALLENGED TO AIM HIGH IN THE COUNTRY’S NEXT 50-YEAR JOURNEY

A multitude of the nation’s young people were at the Radisson Beach Resort today in attendance at the Youth Leadership Symposium, organized in accordance with Grenada’s 50th Independence anniversary. 

And, they have been challenged to be extra careful in taking the country through to the next 50 years of its journey, as outlined by the new Youth Minister, Johnathan La Crette. The Youth Minister encouraged the Nation’s students to aim high, stressing on the theme of the Youth Leadership symposium, “I Can”.

It was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Grenada National Accreditation Board.

The participants at the Youth Leadership Symposium were provided with positive attributes of becoming a leader by youth in the business of leadership themselves. 

In that incerpt, the penultimate voice was that of Grenada’s Carnival Queen, Amonai Francis, giving encouragement to the participants at the symposium.

Among other things, the symposium featured the PBC Choir.
