PR – The Ministry of the Blue Economy and Marine Affairs informs the general public that the Grenville Fish Market will be temporarily closed on Monday 2nd February and Tuesday 3rd February 2026.
This closure is necessary to facilitate training sessions on Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Standards and Protocols for Grenada Fish Markets. The training being conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health is aimed at improving food safety practices and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
The Grenville Fish Market will resume normal operations on Wednesday February 4th 2026.
The Ministry regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its understanding and cooperation.
