A 33 year old Maintenance Worker has been formally charged in connection with the 2018 shooting death of Shaniel Blackman of Belmont (St. George).
Ricardo Edgar, of St. Pauls, (St. George) was charged on May 26th for the offenses of non-capital murder, illegal possession of firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
He is expected to appear at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court later in the week.
Police investigations are continuing.
