Following investigation into the shooting incident which occurred on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Wall Street, Grand Anse, St. George, police have charged ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐, a 33-year-old warehouse attendant, and ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐, a 21-year-old warehouse clerk, both residents of Kafe Beau Hill, St. George, with the offence of Capital Murder for intentionally causing the death of Matthew Thomas of Golf Course, St. George, by unlawful harm.
Additionally, both men have each been charged with the following offences:
โข Possession of Firearm
โข Possession of Firearm
โข Two counts of Possession of Ammunition
โข Possession of Firearm with Intent to commit Capital Murder
โข Grievous Harm
โข Two counts of Attempted Capital Murder
Also charged is ๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ, a 24-year-old laborer of The Carenage, St. George, with the offences of Attempted Capital Murder, Possession of Firearm with Intent to Commit Capital Murder, Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition.
Kevin and Daniel Belle will make their first court appearance, today, Monday, 28th July 2025, at the St. Georgeโs Magistrateโs Court.
