Ricky Noel, alias “Boar Pig”, a 45 year-old Welder, of Perdmontemps, St. David has surrendered.
Noel turned himself into the Criminal Investigation Department today, Monday 7th October, 2016.
The Royal Grenada Police Force thanks the general public and the media for their continued support.
