A urgent call has been made for countries negotiating at COP28 climate summit to lift what is described “unnecessary tactical blockades”.
It comes from the UN’s climate chief, Grenadaโs Simon Stiell 24 hours before the official end of talks in Dubai that are focused on a deal to phase out fossil fuels.
