PR – The United States and Grenada conducted a five-day tactical training exchange from March 16-20, strengthening regional security and bilateral cooperation.
The Florida National Guard’s Security Force Assistance Brigade partnered with the Royal Grenada Police Force at the Special Services Unit Headquarters. The weeklong engagement emphasized team-based operations, safe building entry techniques, high-risk warrant procedures, and coordinated response drills. Through classroom discussions, practical exercises, and scenario-based training, participants exchanged best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and strengthen public safety.
Executed under the State Partnership Program, this engagement further deepened collaboration between the Florida National Guard and Grenada and enhanced both forces’ ability to support public safety and address shared security challenges across the Caribbean region.
Marking 20 years of partnership, the exchange underscores the enduring commitment between the United States and Grenada to promote regional stability and advance security cooperation in the Caribbean.
