An Atlantic Ocean tropical wave is approximately 540 nautical miles east of the Lesser Antilles and is moving westward 10 to 15 knots.

The tropical wave is moving through the area of the Inter-tropical Convergence Zone and showers are observed on either side of the axis from 12° North southward.

Model guidance indicates that this wave has the potential to bring showery activity and thunder to Grenada on Friday night into Saturday.

TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
