The RGPF Traffic Department has begun traffic inspection for 2024, which runs up to the 30th of June and has sent out notice that vehicles must be in a road-worthy state.

This was the crux of discussion on “the programme “Wee Talk” with the RGPF on Wee Fm last night, hosted by Scott the King.

Making sure vehicles are in a road-worthy workable state is an essential factor, according to ASP Baptiste.

As it relates to vehicles caught up in garages and would miss their inspection time, ASP had this outline of procedure.

ASP Baptiste speaks of the habit of vehicle owners who prepare their vehicles properly for inspection as the law requires and immediately following a good assessment, they tend to make changes to their vehicles contrary to road worthiness.
