๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ, a 40-year-old farmer of River Sallee, St. Patrick, has been charged with the offences of ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ and ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
These charges were brought against Mr. Toussaint after one (1) Glock pistol, along with two (2) magazines and twenty (20) rounds of ammunition, was found in his possession during an operation conducted by police on Saturday, 10th May 2025, at Pearls, St. Andrew.
Mr. Toussaint appeared at the ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒโ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ on Monday, 12th May 2025, and the following sentences were handed down to him:
โข ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ โ Fined $15,000 to be paid in 8 months; in default, 18 monthsโ imprisonment.

โข Additionally, a ๐๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ of 2 years in prison was imposed. Mr. Toussaint must refrain from committing any offenses within two years. In default, two yearsโ imprisonment.
