A St. John resident is hospitalized after a shooting incident this morning.
The incident is said to have occurred around 8 this morning in the Dougaldston area during a police operation.
The victim believed to be in his mid-twenties goes by the name Kadeem Lee.
It is believed that Lee was shot in his knee by a police attached to the Western division.
Circumstances surrounding the shooting have not yet been explained and wee fm have no further information about the incident.
Police are investigating the incident.
