St. George Resident Charged With Attempted Capital Murder and Other Offences

Dean Dowden, a 37-year-old bartender of Grenville Street, St George’s has been charged with the offences of Attempted Capital Murder, Possession of Firearm, Possession of Firearm with Intent to Commit Capital Murder and Possession of Ammunition.

The charges follow investigations into the shooting incident which occurred on Friday, July 25, 2025, at St. Juilles Street, St. George’s.

Mr. Dowden will make his first court appearance, today, Tuesday, 29 th July 2025, at St. George’s Magistrate’s Court.
