The Royal Grenada Police Force confirms that one of the victims in the shooting incident which occurred on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Victoria, St. Mark, has succumbed to his injuries.
46-year-old Wellington Welsh, a caretaker of Non-Pariel, St. Mark, passed away earlier today at the General Hospital while receiving medical treatment.
The Commissioner and members of the Royal Grenada Police Force extend condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Welsh during this difficult time.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing. The RGPF continues to appeal for the publicโs assistance and co-operation as the investigation progresses.
