Mr. Johnson has also gone on record for the successful acquisition of the Scotiabank operations in Grenada in 2019, which restored Republic Bank as the largest commercial bank in the Spice Isle.
Johnson’s corporate social responsibility is said to be reflected in the Bank being awarded the ECCB’s Best Corporate Citizen Award on five out of nine occasions during his tenure.
He’s also said to have successfully negotiated and completed over 25 special projects under the Bank’s flagship “Power to Make a Difference “ programme, valued in excess of 1.3million dollars.
