Sex-Tape of Students Goes Viral

Several Facebook watchers have been found complaining about a video that has been making the rounds, relative to child pornography.

Discussion appears to be zeroing in on two Grenadian children.

Due to the nature of the video, however, warnings have been posted up on social media about the offense of circulating such material.

Persons distributing and/or receiving the material are reportedly breaking the law.

One post indicates that it’s an offence to produce, distribute or retain: “Child Pornography”.

If one shares, whether publicly or privately, or stores on their computer, flash drives, hard drives or even virtually on e-mail and/or social media, commits an offense.

Additionally, if an individual from Grenada sends such video to anyone in the United States or the United Kingdom, an arrest can be made and therefore that individual can be transported to the US or the UK to face charges or vice versa.
