The Media Workers Association of Grenada (MWAG) has organized its election of officersโ engagement for June 5.
A new executive was due to be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Association at GBSS last Saturday, but was postponed, due to whatโs been described as a poor turnout of members.
The election of officers to set up the executive body of MWAG will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
A release noted that the zoom credentials will be circulated Friday June 4.
Itโs also expected that plans will be discussed for the staging of Media week 2021, scheduled to begin June 20.
MWAG had recently undertaken a Constitution Review and members of the organization gave it their blessing, as they focus on the future.
