PR – The Ministry of Infrastructure announces the appointment of Mr. Kimon Andrews as the new Chief Technical Officer (CTO), effective January 1, 2026, succeeding Mr. Kevin Blache. The Ministry extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Blache for his dedicated service and valuable contributions and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors within the private sector.
Mr. Andrews brings extensive experience and technical expertise to his new role. Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Engineer and informally as Deputy CTO, demonstrating exceptional leadership and innovation in advancing Grenada’s physical infrastructure initiatives. His background includes more than a decade of experience in structural and civil engineering, project management, and advanced technical design. He also holds a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering with Disaster Management from University College London.
As CTO, Mr. Andrews will lead the Ministry’s technical team and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality engineering solutions to clients and partners.
