The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Education, and Tourism, with Civil Aviation and Culture will meet this week with Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL).
HWPL is a United Nations-affiliated peace building organization, which has toured several Caribbean countries hosting βPeace Weeksβ.
The meetings here in Grenada is to discuss supporting an international peace law, as well as planning projects like βPeace Weekβ in Grenada that will enable youth and families
to incorporate Peace building initiatives in their respective communities.
HWPL Peace Diplomats were expected to meet today with the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Culture to donate and display their βTrue Storyβ book, which serves as an outline for instilling into society genuine peacemaking attributes by teaching about coexistence, non-aggression, respect and the sanctity of life.
HWPL Peace Diplomats from Washington D.C. will be in Grenada until Thursday they are to meet with officials including Permanent Secretary for Education Mr. Kevin Andall, Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter David, and CARICOM Representative PS Alva Browne.
