PR – The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) of the Ministry of Finance reminds property owners across Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique that they can receive a 5% discount on their 2026 Property Tax if payment is made on or before June 30, 2026.
While taxpayers have until August 31, 2026, to pay their standard property taxes without incurring late penalties, the Division strongly encourages property owners to take advantage of this early payment incentive.
The Division deeply recognizes that many property owners, particularly those affected by Hurricane Beryl, may have experienced significant damage to their properties. Property owners who believe that the current condition of their property warrants a reduction in assessed value are urged to submit a Notice of Objection. This process allows taxpayers to request formal reassessment; therefore, individuals whose properties have been impacted are highly encouraged to submit a completed form to facilitate a swift review.
For maximum convenience, property tax payments can be made online at pay.gov.gd, or in person at any Inland Revenue Division office and District Revenue Office (DRO).
For general inquiries, payment assistance, or guidance on filing an objection, please visit your nearest IRD or DRO branch.
The Inland Revenue Division sincerely thanks the public for its continued cooperation and vital commitment to national tax compliance.
