This, according to ICT Minister, Lennox Andrews, will eliminate the hassle of individuals having to line up for hours in elements of the weather to receive their monies.ย ย ย ย ย
With this in mind, he says the government will introduce a cashless system of payment. ย ย
Minister Andrews says the government is currently in talks with two financial institutions to make it a reality.ย ย ย
