PR – The Inland Revenue Division of the Ministry of Finance reminds the public that the annual payment deadline for all professional and business licences, as stipulated under the Licences Act Cap 172, is Wednesday 7th January, 2026.
All relevant professionals and businesses, including but not limited to Accountants, Auditors, Building Contractors, Real Estate Agents, and holders of licences for Firearms, Travel Agencies, and Bonded Warehouses, must settle their annual fees in full by this date.
Failure to comply by the deadline will result in strict enforcement of the $500 fine in keeping with Section 11 of the Licences Act Cap 172 and will also affect access to other government services.
