The United States Embassy in Grenada will be suspending all American Citizen Services effective Thursday, July 10th, 2025, until September 2025. This is due to the absence of a Consular Officer in Grenada during that period.

Suspended services include the renewal of U.S. Passports, notarial services, and consular reports of births and deaths abroad. American Citizens who are the victim of a crime are advised to contact the Royal Grenada Police Force by dialing 911 or (473) 444-1958. The Duty Officer in Grenada can also be contacted on (473) 407-2495 for emergencies only.

We encourage U.S. Citizens who possess an expired passport and are seeking emergency travel to the United States to contact the U.S. Embassy in Bridgetown for assistance. You can visit the Embassy’s webpage at https://bb.usembassy.gov or send an email to BridgetownACS@state.gov.

For additional information, you can reach out to the U.S. Embassy Grenada via email at StgeorgesACS@state.gov, or call (473) 444-1173 for any other assistance.

The U.S. Embassy apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and remains committed to serving the American community in Grenada.
