Nyron Parris Charged For Friday’s Killing

Nyron Parris, 30 years, of Beausejour, St. George, has been charged by police with non-capital murder for the death of Garvin Anthony. An autopsy conducted today revealed that Anthony died from hypovolemic shock as a result of multiple stab wounds stemming from an incident at a local bar on St. John’s Street, St. George’s.

Anthony was stabbed twice to the abdomen and once to the left hand during an altercation on the night of Friday 11th January, 2019 about 11:30 p.m.

Parris will appear at the St. George’s Magistrate Court on Tuesday 15th January, 2019.
