Kenneth Charles, a 55-year-old farmer of Mortley Hill, St. George has been charged with the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, following a police operation on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, at The Carenage, St. Georgeโs.
During the operation, officers conducted a search on a silver Honda CRV driven by Mr. Charles, which led to the discovery and seizure of one Taurus pistol fitted with a magazine containing nine rounds of ammunition.
Mr. Charles appeared before St. Georgeโs Magistrateโs Court today, Monday, 4th August 2025, and was remanded to His Majestyโs Prisons. He is scheduled to reappear in court on Thursday, 14th August 2025.
